The Zojirushi NS-KCC05 Micom rice cooker works via a computerized technology to produce perfectly cooked white, brown and mixed rice plus porridge. The quick cooking cycle reduces cooking time as much as 10 minute - perfect for last minute meals! And if your rice is ready before you're ready to serve, there's an automatic Keep Warm cycle that re-heats rice to the perfect serving temperature. Menu includes settings for regular, mixed, sweet, and brown rice plus porridge. The inner cooking pot has a durable nonstick coating so clean up is quick and easy. Features LCD clock and timer. Comes with 12 easy-to-follow recipes. Note: Although you can use this cooker to prepare brown rice, an additional step is involved. You must first soak the brown rice in water before cooking, at least four hours or overnight for best results.
